Situation

A:  This is the first class reunion I’ve been to for more than twenty years.
B:  This is my first ever. Can you still recognize everybody?
A:  Pretty much, though some of the men have put on a lot of weight around the middle and some have lost a lot of hair.
B:  Isn’t that Tom Smith over there? He was a great tennis player.
A:  Yes, he was.  He was also a great skirt chaser, running after every girl in the class at one time or another.
B:  He seems to have a wife with him, so I imagine he has to behave himself.
